Refund policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Refund & Withdrawal Policy applies to digital products and digital content sold through ARETIX, including training programs, guides, systems, downloadable files and other digital resources.
1. Digital Products
ARETIX products are primarily digital content supplied electronically and not on a tangible medium.
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, different withdrawal rules may apply compared with physical goods.
2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun, provided that:
-
you have given your prior express consent for the supply of the digital content to begin before the end of the withdrawal period;
-
you have expressly acknowledged that, by giving such consent and once supply begins, you lose your right of withdrawal; and
-
ARETIX has provided the confirmation required by applicable law.
Where these requirements have been satisfied and access to or delivery of the digital content has begun, a refund will not normally be available solely because you changed your mind.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
3. Before Digital Delivery Begins
Where the statutory right of withdrawal still applies and the supply of the digital content has not yet begun, you may exercise that right within the applicable statutory period.
Where required by applicable law, customers must be provided with an electronic means of exercising their right of withdrawal.
4. No Refund for Change of Mind After Digital Supply Has Begun
Where the legal requirements described above have been satisfied and the digital content has already been supplied or made accessible, ARETIX does not provide refunds solely for reasons such as:
-
change of mind;
-
failure to use or complete the purchased program;
-
personal preferences;
-
a change in personal goals;
-
purchasing a program that the customer later decides not to follow.
This does not affect your rights where the digital content is defective, not supplied, or does not conform to the contract.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Content
If digital content purchased from ARETIX:
-
cannot be accessed because of a technical issue attributable to ARETIX;
-
is materially incomplete;
-
does not correspond to its description at the time of purchase; or is otherwise not in conformity with applicable consumer law,
please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
Where required by applicable law, ARETIX will provide the appropriate legal remedy, which may include restoring access, bringing the digital content into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
6. Failure to Receive or Access a Product
If your payment has been successfully completed but you have not received or cannot access your digital product, please contact us at:
info@aretix.it
Please include, where possible:
-
your full name;
-
the email address used for the purchase;
-
your order number; and a brief description of the issue.
After verifying the order, we will take reasonable steps to restore or provide access to the purchased digital content.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment or technical error, please contact us.
Once the duplicate charge has been verified, any amount incorrectly charged will be refunded.
8. Memberships and Recurring Services
Where ARETIX offers memberships, subscriptions or recurring services, cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals in accordance with the applicable membership or subscription terms.
Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically create a right to reimbursement for a period that has already begun.
Any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity or refund rights granted by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
9. Refund Method
Where a refund is legally due or otherwise approved by ARETIX, it will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or permitted by applicable law.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
