Cancellation policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Subscription & Membership Cancellation Policy applies to recurring ARETIX memberships, subscriptions and other recurring purchase options.

It should be read together with the ARETIX Terms and Conditions, Refund & Withdrawal Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Certain ARETIX memberships and services are offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Before completing the purchase, the customer will be informed of the applicable subscription price, billing frequency, features included, renewal conditions and any other material subscription terms.

By purchasing a recurring membership or subscription, the customer authorises ARETIX and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method automatically at the billing frequency displayed before purchase.

The subscription will continue to renew until it is cancelled or otherwise terminated.

2. CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their ARETIX membership or subscription through the cancellation options available in their customer account or by contacting ARETIX at:

info@aretix.it

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

3. ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION

Where applicable, customers who cancel a membership may continue to access the benefits included in their subscription until the end of the billing period already paid for.

After the end of that period, access to membership-only resources, private areas and benefits may be removed.

Any different access conditions applicable to a particular membership will be clearly communicated before purchase.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For services, where the customer expressly requests that performance begins during the statutory withdrawal period and subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer may, where permitted by applicable law, be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already supplied.

Where a membership includes digital content supplied immediately, specific rules applicable to digital content may also apply.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins where the customer has:

  • given prior express consent for the immediate supply of the digital content;
  • expressly acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once supply begins;
  • received the confirmation required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights.

5. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Membership access is personal to the customer who purchased the subscription.

Depending on the selected plan, membership benefits may include access to private ARETIX pages, digital resources, training materials, forms and goal-submission tools, support features, personalised or semi-personalised resources and other benefits described on the relevant membership page.

The features included in each membership are those displayed at the time of purchase.

6. PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE USE

Membership access is personal and non-transferable.

Customers must not share their login credentials, allow third parties to access their membership account, provide third parties with access to protected resources, redistribute membership-only materials, resell membership access or circumvent ARETIX access restrictions.

ARETIX may take reasonable and proportionate measures to prevent or investigate unauthorised account sharing or distribution of protected content.

7. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, ARETIX or the relevant payment or subscription provider may attempt to process the payment again.

Where payment remains outstanding, access to the relevant membership or subscription benefits may be suspended or restricted, subject to applicable law.

8. PRICE CHANGES

ARETIX may change the price of a membership or subscription for future billing periods where permitted by applicable law.

Where required, customers will receive appropriate advance notice before the new price takes effect.

Price changes will not retroactively modify payments already completed.

Where applicable, customers may cancel their subscription before the new price becomes effective.

9. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP FEATURES

ARETIX may make reasonable updates to membership features, resources, content or technical functionality.

Any material change affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

ARETIX will not use this provision to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

10. REFUNDS

Refunds and withdrawal requests are governed by the ARETIX Refund & Withdrawal Policy and applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise required by law, a customer is not automatically entitled to a refund solely because they did not use the membership, did not access available resources, did not complete available training material, changed their personal goals, forgot to cancel before the next billing date, or decided not to continue using the membership after the relevant withdrawal right had lawfully expired or been lost.

This does not affect rights relating to incorrect charges, non-conforming services or other mandatory consumer protections.

11. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES

If a customer believes that they have been incorrectly charged or charged more than once for the same billing period, they should contact:

info@aretix.it

ARETIX will investigate the transaction and, where an incorrect or duplicate charge is confirmed, provide the appropriate remedy.

12. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION BY ARETIX

ARETIX may suspend or terminate access to a membership where reasonably justified, including in cases of fraudulent activity, serious or repeated violations of the ARETIX Terms and Conditions, unauthorised sharing of account credentials, unauthorised redistribution of protected ARETIX content or unresolved non-payment.

Any suspension or termination will be proportionate and subject to applicable consumer and contract law.

Nothing in this section excludes any refund, reimbursement or other remedy required by law.

13. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

Customers should notify ARETIX if they believe that their membership account has been accessed or used without authorisation.
